As your Labor Doula my goal is to empower, encourage, and support you through your birth experience. In addition, I want to help you achieve your ideal birth. As such, my full-service doula package is an all-encompassing support system tailored to your liking; beginning in pregnancy and taking us all the way through to your early weeks postpartum.

Services primarily include, but are not limited to:
2 Prenatal Guidance visits
Regular availability and support to discuss non-medical related pregnancy, labor, and postpartum concerns
24/7 On-Call availability beginning at 38 weeks until delivery
Attendance during labor and birth from the time labor becomes active and/or you decide you need in-person support
Breastfeeding support after birth for first feeding
Immediate postpartum support for 1-2hrs following the birth
1 optional postpartum call or visit within the first 6 weeks, at your request
